ABOUT ME

Hi. I’m Shauna. And words cannot describe how much pride I take in being a doula! I get to provide women with both physical and emotional support in what’s arguably the most crucial time in their life.

Nothing brings me more joy than arming women with the proper tools to impactfully welcome a new life into their world. It is my mission to strengthen each woman who will let me join them on this precious journey.

As a mother of two, I have personally experienced both medicated and natural births giving me first-hand experience with beauty and challenges each. I strongly believe that there are many successful paths to motherhood and I would to be there, in any way you need, to help you begin this beautiful new chapter into motherhood.

Here I am living beachside in North County San Diego with my husband, two kids, and dog. I love to breathe the ocean air, adventure, and keep my body moving.
